GIFF 2025 – Quand Contrechamps rejoint cinéma, séries et arts immersifs

Depuis 31 ans, le Geneva International Film Festival (GIFF), d’abord intitulé Cinéma Tout Écrans, puis Cinémas Tous Écrans, s’est imposé comme un rendez-vous incontournable du paysage cinématographique en Suisse romande. Il arbore même son drapeau sur le pont du Mont-Blanc, entre celui de Genève et de la Suisse, à l’instar des plus grandes manifestations cantonales et internationales. Fidèle à l’esprit de son fondateur Léo Kaneman, le festival n’a cessé d’évoluer avec son temps et de se positionner sur la scène festivalière en intégrant tous les supports audiovisuels, sans hiérarchie de valeur. Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin : Call for entries, until July 31, 2020

The call for entries for Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin 2021 is still open until July 31, 2020. A major event dedicated to contemporary practices of moving image, the next Rencontres Internationales will be held in Paris in February 2021. The event offers every year a curated international program gathering works by internationally renowned artists and filmmakers, along with works by young artists shown for the first time.

Film, video, multimedia

Any individual or organization can submit one or several proposals. The call for entries is open to film, video and multimedia submissions, there is no restriction for length nor genre. Submission is free, regardless of geographical origin. Submitted works must be produced within the last two years, and must not yet have been publicly shown in Paris and Île-de-France Region.
